Construction Project Manager

Sunseri Construction, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager with a builder mindset who is committed to delivering a successful construction experience for our clients. The Project Managers responsibilities include project planning, budget management, schedule implementation, compliance with quality standards, contract administration and safety program management.

Responsibilities:

Observe and comply with company safety practices
Oversee budget administration
Owner and subcontractor change order preparation / approval
Weekly subcontractor and staff meetings chairperson
Weekly status reporting
Owner correspondence
Subcontractor billing review / approval
Management of coordination and mock-up meetings
Ongoing plan / spec review
Prepare and review subcontracts and oversee the buyout process
Direct and assist project engineer with RFI’s, submittals and other project documentation
Submittal review with project staff
Invoice coding
Owner / Architect meeting agendas and minutes.
Manage as-built updates / monitoring closeout document preparation

Requirements:

A minimum of five years’ experience working in multi-family and/or senior housing.
A minimum of five years’ experience working with Type V wood framing
Ability to proactively identify and resolve complex issues
Ability to create and support strong team morale
A strong work ethic with a "can-do" attitude
Good knowledge of complete structures
Proficient computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Bluebeam Revu
Ability to create and manage CPM/Gantt schedules
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Stability in previous employment
