Job Description:

N.V. Heathorn Company (NVH) is looking to hire 1 or 2 full time Project Engineers from this May’s graduating class.

NVH is a mid-sized contractor that self-performs HVAC Wet/Dry and Plumbing in the Greater Bay Area. We’ve been around since the 1930’s, and provide an exhilarating work environment. Being a mid-sized contractor, there’s opportunity here for accelerated career growth. We provide training and mentoring to all employees to help in this, and task our employees with a variety of duties which promotes growth in a multitude of areas such as plan/spec interpretations, estimating, contracting, business development, managing of subs, Client relations, negotiating, labor relations, purchasing, project setup/closeout, productivity tracking, etc. The entry level position would carry the title of Project Engineer and would then be put on track to become a Project Manager. Once a PM, they’d be enlisted into the Bonus Pool where earnings can grow exponentially.        We’re looking for sustained growth as a company, and for employees that are interested in a long-tenure at NVH to be part of our team for years ahead. We’re looking to hire hard-working, business-minded, dedicated individuals with a personality that matches the company’s character.
