Liaison Landscapes is an award-winning San Francisco Bay Area design-build firm that specializes in high-end residential projects! We are seeking skilled & motivated individuals to join our dynamic team.

As we expand our operation we are looking to hire qualified Construction Project Managers and Superintendents. 

Position Overview and Responsibilities

The role of Construction Project Manager holds a critical responsibility within the Liaison team, ensuring that projects remain on track, clientele is properly updated, and the flow of logistics remains ahead of construction needs. The role of Superintendent, while different from the Project Manager, has a similar set of responsibilities. A Construction Superintendent with Liaison Landscapes also plays a critical role, but remains more focused on day-to-day team management and on the oversight and execution of building in the field.

The ideal candidates for either of the open roles will help oversee projects from planning through execution and will work with senior management and design staff to help run the landscape construction operation. 

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage project logistics, including material orders and site supplies
• Manage project change orders
• Maintain and accurate construction calendar
• Provide detailed project reports to clients
• Communicate effectively and be comfortable in problem-solving

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in landscape and / or construction industries
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• High level of attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Valid drivers license

• Experience in estimating or projecting of construction timelines
• You have strong organizational and time management skills.

• A willingness to visit sites throughout the greater Bay Area
