Job Description:

  • Analyze, interpret, and understand the scope of work for each project and assist the team with final project
  • Solicit and gather quotes from contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors (e.g., labor, materials, equipment, etc.)
  • Participate in weekly production meetings 
  • Cross coordinating between multiple trades to execute projects
  • Communicate with higher ups about progress of projects
  • Assist project managers with various tasks related to construction projects.
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Assist in preparing and updating project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the project team.

  • Organized, excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with a fast-paced schedule
  • Reliably commute to job sites/office
