Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their project management skills while assisting Senior Project Managers and teams in delivering successful outcomes. The Junior Project Manager will focus on administrative tasks, documentation, and ensuring smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and timelines under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Organize and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports, project calendars, and task lists.
- Track project progress and deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed on time and escalating issues as needed.
- Support communication between clients, field teams, vendors and consultants to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Assist with resource coordination, including scheduling team members and managing project-related tools and software.
- Help monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide general administrative support to the project management team as needed.
