Job Description:

The project engineer performs work alongside project managers to manage client construction projects.  Project types will generally fit into one of the following categories:  ground-up (industrial, office and medical), tenant improvement/build-out, and tenant remodel. The assistant project manager is responsible for supporting the project manager with RFI and submittal tracking, document control, permitting, scheduling, bidding, client/subcontractor/internal meeting documentation, and project closeout.  In addition, this position will participate in design coordination, and owner/client interaction.
