Patrick Choi Construction is a General Contractor that specializes in custom, high-end residential and commercial projects in Southern California. We are building some of the most luxurious and desirable real estate in the county throughout neighborhoods such as Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Pacific Palisades. We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team.
About the Project Engineer role
Being a Project Engineer at PCC is the first step towards becoming a great Builder. PE’s will take on a wide variety of tasks to help support and facilitate the building of premiere residences in the Los Angeles area. This includes reviewing design documentation, submittals, RFI’s, field-sketches, obtaining bids, analyzing bids, participating in design meetings, staff meetings, and monitoring progress in the field. PE’s will have an active work-life, working on-site with the PCC team while also interacting with design teams, subcontractors, owners, and other stakeholders. We are looking for individuals who are willing to work a team environment, eager to learn and be a part of a great company.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other applicable background
- Construction internship or other related construction work experience preferred.
- General knowledge of construction principles/practices
- Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment.
- Working or College experience with BIM and LEED is beneficial.
