Bright Street, Inc. is hiring an Associate Construction Manager/Owner's Rep in Berkeley. Working directly with the founder, you will support mixed-use urban infill and student housing projects across the East Bay. 

We are a local, well-established, owner-operated consulting firm specializing in managing mixed-use urban infill development, student housing, and permit expediting in local Bay Area jurisdictions, primarily in the East Bay. With more than two decades of experience, Bright Street, Inc. provides distinguished project delivery services, from initial entitlements to final occupancy, prioritizing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assisting Executives with day-to-day project tasks
  • Attending OAC meetings
  • Expediting municipal permits
  • Tracking RFIs and Change Orders, 
  • Conducting site visits, 
  • Coordinating utility applications 

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in architecture, construction management, or a related field 
  • 1+ years of progressive industry experience is preferred. 
  • A valid CA driver's license and reliable vehicle
