Job Description:
Sares Regis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead development teams working on industrial, lab and office projects in Santa Barbara, CA. The Senior Project Manager is able to move at an accelerated pace, drive schedule, implement strategic direction from Project Director, and execute tasks with a high degree of competency independently. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and experienced with MEP systems (including chillers, UPS, batteries, generators). This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment.
