Job Description:
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Project Engineer supporting active construction sites on the central coast of California, Santa Barbabra and San Luis Obispo Counties .
- Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with RFIs, submittals, and purchase orders
- Photo documentation and organization
- Attending owner/coordination meetings
- Acting as a communication link between field, office, owner, and subcontractors
- Strong awareness/emphasis on:
- Jobsite safety
- Stormwater compliance (SWPPP awareness)
- Likely Additional duties:
- Maintain and organize project documents
- Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and materials
- Track and request subcontractor pricing for change orders
- Use Project Team (or similar platform) for file management
- Help manage temporary site utilities as needed

- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and follow through
- Mobile and willing to travel between multiple job sites
