ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Project Engineer supporting active construction sites on the central coast of California, Santa Barbabra and San Luis Obispo Counties .
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Assisting with RFIs, submittals, and purchase orders
    • Photo documentation and organization
    • Attending owner/coordination meetings
    • Acting as a communication link between field, office, owner, and subcontractors
  • Strong awareness/emphasis on:
    • Jobsite safety
    • Stormwater compliance (SWPPP awareness)
  • Likely Additional duties:
    • Maintain and organize project documents
    • Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and materials
    • Track and request subcontractor pricing for change orders
    • Use Project Team (or similar platform) for file management
    • Help manage temporary site utilities as needed

  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and follow through
  • Mobile and willing to travel between multiple job sites
