Job Description:
Kinyon Electric INC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial and/or industrial electrical construction projects from award through closeout. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, submittals, procurement, SOV billing, change orders, coordination with GCs and field crews, and ensuring all work is completed safely, profitably, and in compliance with contract documents.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and has strong experience in electrical contracting project management.
- Manage electrical projects from preconstruction handoff through final closeout.
- Review contract documents, plans, specifications, and scope to identify risks and requirements.
- Coordinate with General Contractors, owners, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.
- Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain project documentation.
