Project Coordinator – High-End Residential Construction (Los Angeles, CA)
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 + benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO)
Schedule: Full-time, in-office role

The Role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to serve as the operational hub that keeps every project moving smoothly behind the scenes. This is an in-office position that supports our Superintendents by ensuring all coordination, scheduling, permits, and documentation are accurate, timely, and complete.
You will be at the center of communication between Operations, Estimating, Design, Finance, and Estimating, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every client receives seamless, white-glove experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and review bids and proposals from subcontractors and vendors.
- Assist with estimating and preliminary pricing for new projects.
- Review and track change orders for accuracy and approvals.
- Manage and track the permit application process with city agencies.
- Maintain the master project schedule and work calendar for the project.
- Review and verify electronic timecards for accuracy and coding.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment between Operations, Design, Finance, and Purchasing.
- Upload and maintain all project records, schedules, and documentation in Buildertrend with 100% accuracy.

What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in construction coordination, permitting, or project administration.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Buildertrend, Microsoft Office, or project management software preferred.
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.
