Job Description:

We are looking ahead to our future and yours. We seek smart and driven individuals for the position of Project Engineer at our office in Long Beach. You must be able to work independently and prioritize assignments.

Fulcrum Construction is a national retail general contractor with offices in Long Beach, CA; San Antonio, TX; Portland, OR, Atlanta, GA and Medford, NJ. Fulcrum is focused on retail, restaurant, fuel station, distribution center, industrial and grocery construction. Our work includes new construction, remodels, rollouts, refreshes, tenant improvement, and site work.

A great attitude, eagerness to learn and desire to be part of a winning team are paramount.

Project Engineer (PE) is our entry level position. You'll work out of our Long Beach office as well as in the field from time to time.

Job Progression:

Our PE Rotation program provides exposure to the three core functions of our business: Project Management, Field Management, and Estimating. During each rotation, you will work alongside and be trained and mentored by an experienced Project Manager, Superintendent, and/or Estimator. The Project Management and Estimating rotations are typically office-based, while the Field rotation takes place in the field on active job sites. Upon completion of the rotation program, you will have the opportunity step into a Superintendent role, managing your own projects in the field. When ready and opportunities become available, you may advance into a Project Manager position and transition back to the office or continue your career in the field as a permanent Superintendent. Advancement in the PE Program and Rotation is based on individual performance and company need.
