Job Description:

 

Duties

• Assist the superintendent in coordinating daily on-site activities.
• Monitor work progress and quality with guidance from senior staff. 
• Help enforce safety procedures and participate in safety meetings. 
• Maintain daily logs and assist in generating progress reports.
• Support coordination of deliveries, staging, and equipment on site.
• Learn to interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Assist with resolving field issues and communicating with project stakeholders.
 • Participate in punch list completion and close-out tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or in final semester).
• Interest in construction site operations and trade coordination.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools (Bluebeam) and project management software (Procore).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in varying conditions.
