The Construction Management Department attracts some of the most qualified undergraduate students in the west to pursue a degree at Cal Poly. Each year the department accepts about one in three Freshman applicants and about one in two transfer students. Around 90% of our students come from California.

There is a very active student body in the CM department who participate in clubs, national and regional project management competitions and field trips.
